求各位神人幫我把車牌變清楚感謝

最近住家附近不知從哪來了個危險駕駛。

有時在早上，有時在晚上，非常不遵守交通規則，橫衝直撞（闖紅燈.逆向.晚上不開大燈）

但看到時都是走路或騎機車，無法拍到相片檢舉。

終於在前幾天出門被我拍到了，可惜高雄最近空氣太糟(其實是懶的洗車)，導致車牌模糊。

想請各位大大.神人　幫我把車牌變清楚（雖然大概知道車牌是:3495-K6)可是怕太模糊有爭議。　

小弟非正義魔人，這危險駕駛真的太誇張了　該好好讓公權力處罰它　不然哪天可能會有人因此受害了~感謝!!
