特別費案判馬無罪林俊益被提名大法官惹質疑

總統府發言人陳以信今天表示，總統馬英九完全尊重審薦小組建議，大法官提名人選都是各款目推薦第一名，決定人選過程中全無個人因素考量。

媒體報導，馬總統今天公布4位大法官提名人包括法務部政次吳陳鐶、士林地院院長林俊益、律師黃虹霞及台大法學教授蔡明誠，其中林俊益因擔任最高法院法官期間曾審馬英九特別費案，判馬英九無罪定讞，如今卻被馬英九提名出任大法官，引發法、學界質疑這項人事案，根本是毫不避嫌的酬庸。

陳以信晚間回應媒體報導內容，作以上表示。
