馬總統：打擊犯罪也是兩岸和平紅利

總統馬英九上午參加在台北火車站大廳展出的[海峽兩岸共同打擊犯罪及司法互助協議]成果展覽指出，協議簽署6年，大幅減少兩岸犯罪，尤其是電話，電信詐騙案，從2005年，2006 年的4萬1000件，詐騙金額185.9 億元，降到2014年的30億元，兩岸和平紅利不只是經濟，也包括社會福利。
