食用香料植物未來要驗農藥

繼英國藍毒花茶風暴後，3點1刻直火烏龍玫瑰茶也染上DDT，二者均使用進口玫瑰花瓣。根據以往海關進口規則，玫瑰花、薰衣草等可製成花茶的原料，僅能以「香料植物」號列入關，一直沒有被當成食品檢驗，變成大漏洞。

食藥署29日公告，未來不論是否切碎或粉狀的香料用植物，都需加掛「Ｆ０１」序號，若輸入食用的乾燥植物，產品入關需經食品檢驗。若業者以非食品用途通關，卻讓非食用香料植物用於食品當中，涉嫌申報不實、逃避查驗或摻偽假冒，將依法處辦。
