Focus Mk3 變速箱異常

各位好，
小弟的愛車是Focus Mk3 8W
目前里程約六萬，
就在昨天晚上行駛在國道1號南下路段時，
亮起黃燈，發生變速箱異常的問題，
入D檔時，約在3.4檔左右，
踩油門拉到4.5千轉卻頓挫無法自動換檔，
有時踩油門還會空轉，
入S檔儀表板顯示灰字無反應，
也無法切換手動模式，
但暫停重新啟動後，
除了黃燈續亮以外，一切正常。

稍早之前，至原廠檢修，
插電腦測出來的問題是，
系統故障導致變速叉無法正常作動，
廠方幫我做了系統升級的動作，
交車後一切正常，
但約莫行駛20多公里之後，
昨晚的問題又重複發生一次。

想請教各位版上的大大有沒有相同的經驗發生。
