什麼是迪士尼驗廠（Disney ILS Audit Checklist）?

迪士尼驗廠標準英文全名為 Disney International LaborStandards Audit Checklist，簡稱Disney ILS AuditChecklist 。這是迪士尼對全球工廠所提出的社會責任績效標準。簡單來說，工廠如果要製造迪士尼周邊商品，例如貼紙、雨傘或杯子…等，一定要獲得迪士尼核發的審核編號。

迪士尼驗廠審核標準是什麼？在工廠進行審核前應對此進行瞭解，以下為列舉說明。

l 童工

不招用及不支持招用童工

l 非自願工作者、反脅迫工作

禁止強迫勞動和使用囚工情況的出現

l 反歧視

不因年齡、種族、國籍、宗教、性別、性別取向等歧視員工。

l 自由結社

為保障員工結社自由

l 健康與安全

提供安全、健康的工作環境，並提供工作所需之防護設備及措施以守護所有員工之安全與健康。

l 薪資條件
