全家上海大戶屋首家店今開幕

全家（5903）轉投資上海全餐管理有限公司，旗下第一個赴中國展店品牌「大戶屋」今日於上海長寧區南豐城商場正式開幕。

看好上海地區日式料理餐飲市場，上海全餐董事長兼總經理薛東都表示，預定在2020年開出50家。大戶屋源自日本，以日式定食、講究食材的媽媽味受到台日消費者喜愛，此次隨著上海全餐導入中國，同步也將引介台灣的優良食材打入中國餐飲市場。
