關於室內拍跳躍貓，想升級相機

目前用的是canon600D 18-55kit鏡及EF 50mm F1.8,
在室裡拍貓都是用EF 50mm F1.8 來拍
室內的燈光不是很足夠，阿貓們又怕閃光，
在跳躍時的速度快很難掌控何時會跳起，
常拍了一下午勉強不到五張能看的，
快門我調到1/250 iso auto
對焦模式AI SERVO
預算在七萬左右，請問建議升級哪台跟鏡頭?
及有什麼技巧比較能拍成功
除了在室內拍貓，還有拍人帶景比較多
