以關渡橋為起點, 經關渡宮此岸自行車道往洲美社子島方向前進到洲美快速道高架橋下左轉往士林方向,經雙溪橋轉往百齡橋方向經三角渡,圓山, 大直橋一路一直直行下去一直到南湖疏散門,基11-1疏散門就到東湖附近, 以上所言全在河濱自行車道路線上, 在網路上找一下大台北自行車道地圖你就會更清楚
