[課業] 國考課業相關問題，非歷屆考題的討論，如學理觀念的釐清。 今天讀到存活分析時有個觀念不太懂 關於"設限censoring" 課本上的解釋是:對失敗造成時間觀察上的不完整被稱為設限 課本裡"失敗"的意思是例如說移植手術後新的器官失能,或是接受治療的人後來掛掉 後來在乘機限制法的例題上有碰到,他給了這樣的一張表 病患號碼 | 存活(月) ____________________ 1 | 2 2 | 3+ 3 | 6 (以下省略) 題目的解釋是因為存活時間是由設限的觀察取得,因此調整對部分資訊做解釋, 結論是病患二在3個月後還沒死亡 所以她的意思是設限=調查的誤差嗎? 還是有更精確的解釋?? 謝謝大家~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.42.100.71
