國內乖乖巧克力脆片、老楊奶酪口味方塊酥因違規使用添加物，遭中國大陸要求退貨。食品藥物管理署表示，這次遭陸方驗出的添加物為滑石粉及日落黃，在國際間均准許使用，陸方的標準訂定太嚴苛，近期會與陸方協商。

大陸國家質檢總局近日公布六月進口不合格食品，國內食品廠商旗下的乖乖巧克力脆片、老楊奶酪口味方塊酥，分別因違規使用滑石粉、日落黃，產品均遭退貨。

食藥署食品組組長蔡淑貞表示，滑石粉及日落黃在食品中添加量小，對人體危害也低，在國內是合法食品添加物，美國、歐盟等先進國家也都允許使用，大陸卻只允許滑石粉在話梅等甘草食品中使用，「與國際標準差異很大、很詭異」。
