女兒不像他！驗DNA才知戴綠帽 提告離婚

王姓女子6年前與丈夫吵架，到小吃攤喝悶酒，與陌生男子發生一夜情，第二年生下女兒；丈夫滿心歡喜，卻發覺女兒愈大愈不像他，驗DNA才知戴綠帽憤而提告，彰化地方法院昨天依通姦罪將王女判刑2個月。

只有國中畢業的王女，目前獨自扶養女兒；她向法官哭訴，自從離婚後，她靠打工獨力扶養女兒，去年一整年才賺4萬8千多元，生活很苦，根本無法賠償，法官同情她的處境，同意緩刑2年，但要服40小時義務勞役。

36歲王姓女子97年4月生下女兒，丈夫非常高興，不料，左鄰右舍流言，女兒怎麼愈大愈不像爸爸？王夫啟疑，追問王女，她堅稱是他親骨肉。去年丈夫帶女兒到醫院驗DNA，檢驗報告讓他氣壞，女兒真的不是他骨肉。

王女才坦承，96年6月和丈夫大吵後，她一氣之下離家，到溪湖鎮小吃攤喝酒解悶；有1名身分不詳的男子過來搭訕，陪她喝酒解悶，當晚發生一夜情。沒想到，一次出軌就懷孕，她不敢說出也不敢墮胎。王夫無法諒解，今年1月間向彰化地檢署提告她涉嫌通姦，提出附帶民事賠償，並與她離婚。
