想請教各位住在海線的朋友因為自己看了一陣子的房子有點亂，想請教大家清水中古屋5~10年內的透天開價約850萬元成交價約在哪裏如果梧棲、清水的預售屋開價約900萬元好像買預售屋全新的住起來會比較舒服像這種預售屋開價，成交價會在哪裏另外在沙鹿靠龍井交流道的自強路附近有一堆橘郡的房子新交屋沒多少的開價也要750萬元但周遭沒有國中、國小或公共設施，生活上還是要越過中興路才能得到滿足請各位提供一些意見供參考 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.182.0.132
