今天下午找了某房仲業務有別於之前注意的大多在七期北八期最近我比較注意台中火車站附近建國路三民西路還有後火車站國光路到宜寧中學這邊開車看了幾塊空地看了東興路二段美術館附近忠勤街三民西路建國路附近的土地... 但是後火車站我注意到兩三塊地的今天沒時間繼續去看 ------以上都是廢話---- 閒聊中業務問我為什麼我想選這些地方我買土地自己找自己蓋就是想住長期也可以有長期投資潛力的之前我的同學買在日耀天地雙十路干城車站那裡我就有問為什麼他要選在那他回答是台中呈現放射狀規畫在烏日後火車站慢慢發展後 (確實有慢慢發展) 這裡會慢慢發達未來附近也有捷運(紅線)通過要去東區中區西區都算近假使以後要生小孩離中一中女中也近附近也有台中公園. 也別於之前熱炒的七期八期還是現在十二期水南經貿小弟也慢慢比較靠近朋友這種想法大家覺得呢 -- On a given day, a given circumstance, you think you have a limit.
