不好意思，新手第一次買房 因為本次交易是透過仲介，剛簽完約而已 想請問一下，一般服務費是什麼時候付呢? 很怕付完他就不幫我處理後續的事務了 他說一般是簽約就要付，但因為不太曉得細節 也沒有看到有關服務費的合約，'所以想請問一下大家，謝謝~~ 順便想請教一下，因為我買的房子屋主不是我們接洽的房東 房東是用他哥哥名子買的，簽約時他哥哥沒出現 也沒有寫好委託書，房仲說還是可以先簽再補委託書即可 我們當時是有說，必須要等他哥哥的委託書到，我們才付簽約金 房東也同意了，但是我們忘了把它註明在契約書上 Orz... 基本上，本票是簽在3天後，因為他說這幾天他哥哥會來 我想請問的是，萬一他哥哥不簽委託書呢? 這個契約就會不成立 那到期的本票又該怎麼辦呢?? 因為賺的是辛苦錢，真的有點害怕被騙，謝謝~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.130.53.156
