代PO，朋友面試某家大廠業務(無經驗)，當然有初步面試，面試完之後他就被出了一個類似回家作業的東西，內容是把廠裡面的維修流程用中文、外文寫出來，然後e-mail回去，弄完了之後，公司方面又回傳說，再把產品介紹一一用中外文做出來，再回傳。目前他做到這裡就有點覺得奇怪，因為現在又還沒錄取，但是卻要被要求做一個類似公司業務內容的東西，總覺得很奇怪。若要測試能力的話，應該要在面試的時候就該用入職考試來測試，怎麼是這種要做回家作業的形式呢? (以前就有同學是在試用期私下要求翻了一堆外語文件之後，就以不適任為由請走路) 所以不禁讓人擔心。我知道有人會說應徵業務當然要給你業務工作測試你，問題就在於，初步面試完之後就是回歸私人時間了，公司(事後)做出的種種要求讓人覺得似乎有些不合理。要測試的話應該在多關面試時測試，不是嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.229.69.105
