有人買過windows 8.1 student 嗎

我是教職人員,以前也都買教育版
現在看到微軟的網站有windows 8.1的學生版才2199元,覺得很划算,打算將我的xp升到windws 8.1
我本來是想買升級版但升級版只能升成32位元版本,而我想用64位元版本
不知道此版本有何限制,購買資格的限制不算,
不知會不會和隨機版一樣挷主機板
