想問一下如果實價課持有稅的話房價會大跌嗎? 一直聽到台灣是因為持有成本太低所以房價衝得很高如果依實價課持有稅或是將房屋評定現值調為市價的九成會讓房價大跌嗎? 我查了很久只有看到104年土地現值要提高到市價9成房屋評定現值有要一起調整嗎? 謝謝 :) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 216.228.112.21
