題目出處：2014行政學測驗題庫，郭雋著。 P.4-19 第8題：巴頓認為在新公共行政的浪潮下，行政人員需扮演不同角色，其中哪一項角色鼓勵民眾參與？（A）機關變遷催生者（B）代表性行政人（C）倡議性行政人（D）社會公平促進者答案是（D）想法：為什麼不能選（C）？倡議性行政人的「倡議」不也正是鼓勵民眾參與嗎？而郭老師於同頁第9題下方的解釋，「倡議性行政人」的最後一句也有寫到「…，並鼓勵民眾參與。」因此是否（C）才比較適當呢？另外一題， P.5-59 第9題：企業型官僚所扮演的角色，不包括下列何者？（A）領導公眾參與決策（B）具備創新冒險的能力（C）察覺並回應公眾需求（D）擁有優越的協調能力答案是（A）疑問：此題是否只要想得很簡單就好？亦即「領導公眾參與決策」是和新公共管理、新右派走不同路線的，也就是比較偏向新公共行政、審議式民主的這個領域，因此選（A）。我這樣的想法對嗎？然後（C）的選項則是把「回應公眾需求」想成「回應顧客需求」，是嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.224.250.124
