求助-S24-70 f2.8 還是 24-105 f4L

最近7D想升級5D3
礙於預算無法購入24-70 f4L 或更高階的鏡皇
目前在S24-70 f2.8 及24-105 f4L徘徊
目前手上有小小白IS及新百微
所需求的其實就是包含24-70mm的焦段...
不知道這兩顆價格相近的鏡頭在成像、發色及銳利度方面孰優孰劣...
再往上爬了很久，還是找不到比較...
請各位前輩大大幫忙比較推薦
