板上大大好。事情敘述如下：父親名下有一間房子(祖父留下) 積欠四間銀行卡債共100多W ①G.T 約50 已有強制扣薪 ②F.B 約30 去年聲請執行拍賣不動產 ③其他約20多已有強制扣薪現在房子被②債權銀行申請拍賣鑑價90W 現在將進入二拍底價剩72W (離家太久，年底回家才知道這件事…) 1 請問除了與人競標之外我是否可以拿出30w現金讓父親還清② 等停拍撤銷假扣押後將房子轉入我名下？ 2 若房子轉入我名下後，其他債權銀行是否還有權拍賣我家？ 3 這樣的方式構成我父親的脫產行為嗎？可否聲明我以拍賣價格買下房子？以上請教各位先進可否為小弟釋疑？感激不盡，謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.170.73.217
