我的小小想法不知對不對?
交流道門框看似很好,其它國家地區有的是這樣,
但在聰明的台灣可能會有問題.
例1:從高雄開車到關西休息區停車,換搭其它車到台北,回程開回去同一交流道下,此例該如何收費?(小型物流商可能會這麼作,曾發生在捷運和高鐵)
例2:清水休息區風景好,於是一家大小早上從台北開車到台中清水休息區郊遊散步用餐,下午再開回台北,此例該如何收費?
例3...

發文後看到樓上有寫,休息區也有計費門框即可破解例1,2,所以我的想法失誤!
