【求助，急!】無法搜尋 尋找我的IPHONE

我的手機為5S(7.0.6)
這幾天要搜尋手機時，登入尋找我的IPHONE後，發現並未有任何的裝置。
而我從手機ICLOUD設定中，要去關閉尋找我的IPHONE都無法關閉(顯示密碼錯誤)，裝置上的狀態是啟用的
我已確認過APPLE ID與ICLOUD帳號密碼皆無錯誤，換了一台手機或是IPAD上面都可以順利登入以及尋找到裝置，但是我的新手機目前就是無法關閉ICLOUD上的【尋找我的IPHONE】，一直顯示密碼錯誤
已爬文，似乎沒有看到類似問題，麻煩各位告知一下大概是什麼問題嗎?
