我其實一直好奇除了固定在再投資的這些人還有因為需求自住而買房的人到底還沒買而有需求的人是因為啥原因而遲遲不敢下手是因為覺得租房子就OK 還是現金不夠跟預算差太多之類的問過一些人都是在等跌價前年問一坪7萬去年問一坪9萬今年問一坪12萬是因為新的建案比較貴還是沒有認真找房子? 好吧如果遇到好的房仲是可以省掉很多困擾的 -- 鄉民可以不資深，但要夠專業文章可以不優質，但一定要夠廢 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.147.103.11
