國防部公布 志願士兵藍波化計畫

國防部上午舉行例行記者會，說明國軍志願士兵訓練精進規劃訓練，增加諸多特戰訓練，被外界戲稱為「藍波化」。國防部訓練參謀次長室助理次長徐建三表示，志願士兵基礎訓自104年起，由兩階段調整為三階段，規劃構想區分第一階段入伍訓練、第二階段專長訓練及第三階段進階戰鬥訓練，訓練期程達24週以上。國防部說，增加的進階戰鬥訓練，是在專長訓練後，依軍種與兵科特性規劃，訓練項目區分陸軍（含憲兵）實施綜合格鬥狙擊、機降、突擊、城鎮戰、戰鬥特種車輛駕訓及各項武器射擊等；海空軍實施進階修護訓練自衛戰鬥基地防護及軍種作戰等，使士兵成為專業戰鬥員。
