國安局向立法院提出國家情報工作暨國家安全局業務報告中披露，包辦新戶政系統的資拓宏宇公司，把此軟體程式外包給中國的網路公司。國安局長蔡得勝昨日在答詢時更表示，因為擔心才提出來（機密報告），提出來後也向行政院與國安會資通辦反應此事。

行政院長江宜樺上午在立法院總質詢答覆民進黨立委鄭麗君質詢時表示，他知曉昨日詢答內容後，立刻找來行政院資訊長張善政詢問，張善政也不清楚此事。江宜樺也承諾鄭麗君，一周內查明此事。
