常說喝奶茶的時候不能加檸檬因為檸檬是酸性會破壞蛋白質而凝固但是胃酸的時候要喝檸檬水因為是鹼性可以中和胃酸事實上也是如此檸檬吃起來是酸的(sour) 可是跟化學上的酸(acidic) 是不一樣的他是屬於鹼性(basic)的食物那為什麼又會有奶不能加檸檬一說呢??? 是因為檸檬含有檸檬酸嗎?? 可是他不是鹼性食物嗎?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.34.134.22 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1398786620.A.C83.html
