數位鑑識能量不足，已成為我國資安威脅之一。勤業眾信會計師事務所表示，白領犯罪或營業秘密犯罪近年時有所聞，情節輕則延宕產品問世時程影響公司獲利，重則讓公司損失慘重瀕臨倒閉。在諜對諜的攻防中，藉由數位鑑識取得訴訟證據至為重要，「舉證之所在，敗訴之所在」。

勤業眾信「資安暨鑑識分析中心」取得ISO 17025實驗室認證資格，為全台民間首座國家認證的數位鑑識實驗室。財團法人全國認證基金會陳介山董事長表示，實驗室通過認證，即代表實驗室已具有國際水準的能力，透過實驗室提出的報告，更具有國際公信力。
