重灌後無法找到滑鼠

請教各位厲害的高手們

我這兩天因為NB中毒 重灌了電腦(使用W7)
但重灌後

光學滑鼠卻一直都無法被找到
試了兩隻不同品牌的都一樣

但藍芽開啟後抓得到IPHONE
也抓得到戶外車上的導航

但怎麼試就是無法和滑鼠連上線

1.在裝置尋找中沒有
2.打開藍芽也沒有
3.TOUCH PAD有 也正常顯示中

麻煩大家解圍啊~~ 我需要滑鼠
