昌益 可以客變 圖面都會給我們 弱電位置等等都會有 在還在交屋前就有了 蓋到一半中間也都可以去看格局等等 保Q 都要交屋了 也不知道弱電在哪裡 相對的圖面都要自己去量 問代銷 一問三不知 一定要到驗屋以後才知道嗎? 工人管理上面 昌益也是狂贏 不會有休息時間工人在一樓打牌 工人在屋子廁所裡面恩恩 反應一個月都不處理 不懂台中寶Q為什麼可以這麼跩 還是竹科的人比較有GUTS 當年北歐三小國的價位 跟現在台中高鐵這高壓電塔旁 差不多 2009年昌益 做的都比2014年寶Q好 都要驗屋了 連個弱電格局圖都沒給 還要靠第一次去代銷的裝潢參考圖去猜位置 ORZ 所以新竹昌益真的是不錯拉 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 125.227.206.205 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1402441748.A.A14.html
