聯絡人：鄭同學 (幫房東PO的) 聯絡方式：站內信房屋地點：永和福和路7巷10弄28號4樓所在樓層：4F/3F(頂樓加蓋) 租金(月)： 4500元/月，(包水、電、瓦斯，冷氣費另算，網路費跟其它租客平分) (只剩這一間小的，目前已有3位租客，其中兩位為學生，另一位為房東之朋友，偶爾會抽煙) 押金：2個月公共設施：客廳、洗衣機、陽台、廚房、冰箱(免錢) 房間提供書桌、衣櫃、床、冷氣(有獨立電表) 備註：照片: http://ppt.cc/fc8L 1.附近有福和橋下的假日花市(早市)(走路約5分鐘)、市公所菜市場(早、午、晚) (走路約6分鐘)、又有頂好(生鮮超市)要煮菜、買東西、吃飯都很方便。 2.垃圾車會從樓下經過，倒垃圾很方便。 3.附近有社區警察會定時巡邏。 4.附近有2家全家、1家7-11。 5.可偶爾帶朋友過夜，但超過11點夜深請控制聲量。 6.基本上男生佳 7.附近有公車，騎車5分鐘可到公館，台大、師大、台科大，都十分方便 8.8月可搬進 9.廚房可煮吃 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 140.112.24.76 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Rent_ya/M.1405927691.A.494.html
