蘇阿麗（Alys Spensley）今年7月就任美國在台協會（AIT）文化官及美國中心主任，負責鞏固美國和台灣之間的文教關係。她通曉中文和尼泊爾文，主修國際研究。她曾經在美國駐加德滿都大使館服務，之後在美國駐上海總領事館擔任文化官，並擔任上海世博聯絡官。在2004年成為外交官前，在美國國務院東亞暨太平洋事務局擔任幕僚助理，並在公共外交辦公室擔任政策協調官，也曾經在紐約市擔任財務分析師。
