男子卡拉OK吃霸王餐 詐欺罪起訴

基隆市47歲的賴姓男子今年6月凌晨3點多，到愛三路某間卡拉OK店，明知道自己沒錢，還點了啤酒6瓶、小菜、香菸等，連同服務費總共2300元，老闆娘同日早上6點因要打烊休息，要求他付款，賴男才表示自己沒錢，店員受騙後報警處理。檢方偵結後，依詐欺罪將賴男起訴，並聲請簡易判決。
