依據氣象局資料，台南市政府宣布，今 (13)日全市正常上班上課。山區跟沿海應做好防災準備，防範瞬間強降雨。提醒民眾出門仍需攜帶雨具，也呼籲市民上班上課途中，注意行車安全。

【中央社／台南13日電】受西南氣流影響，台南雨勢不停歇，但已趨緩；市府清晨5時宣佈，台南市今天正常上班上課。
