奇怪，這怎麼可能？建築師說：露台蓋遮雨棚、遮光罩可以免拆！

朋友住在三樓，其樓下二樓，有一個約定專用的露台，二樓住戶，認識一個建築師，

為其設計了一個2樓加蓋的遮雨棚、還有遮光罩，除了利用原有牆面之外，還搭了一個牆面，(如照片所示)。

還說是完全合法，只有列管問題，沒有拆除問題？！

這是新建的大樓，去年12月才交屋，5月才成立管委會。

該遮光罩、遮雨棚如下圖。各位覺得這建築師說得是對的嗎？

看四處都有新大樓，沒有人露台搭什麼東西，為什麼這建築師敢說不必拆？

不知大家的看法如何？朋友的三樓因為這露台搭建，安全覺得受到威脋，不知該採什麼辦法要求拆除？

有人有知道的，可解答嗎？
