換CT盤爬阿里山會進步嗎?

今天騎阿里山

53/39、12-25、後輪用PowerTap G3手編輪(不含快拆約1kg)

快拆用跑0原廠一百多克的

車停觸口完全沒熱身就開始拉強度爬坡

途中有降強度跟一位車友邊騎邊聊1km左右

途中還有被車擋一些煞車、煞停

我看自己迴轉有點低(本來就是重踩派，可是最後5km沒力了)

請問如果換CT盤成績會進步嗎?

我看上屆2小時51分還可以摸到第7名，好像有獎牌可以拿，沒拿過想拿拿看，哈哈哈
