G3 藍芽與電話聽筒問題

小弟上週購置一隻G3,由於4G要到16號才開通故一直置之不理,
前天將原本的Z上的資料進行轉移並開始在G3上先行使用3G通話,
發現了一些些問題有點錯愕,

1.常常螢幕會莫名其妙的出現 (抱歉, 藍芽已停止...)......但我藍芽根本沒開啊???
後來故意一直開啟藍芽也依然會發生.........有點莫名其妙

2.使用這隻手機後發現在通話時聽筒會破音,聲音調小一點就還好,這不太像一支旗艦手機該有的狀況吧......

我的韌體版本已更新至V10i,不知是不是軟體所造成,若是這樣我還能接受,若是硬體的問題就真的很欲哭無淚了,不知各位G3使用者是否也有發生相同類似的狀況可供分享?
真希望別回去找神腦啊.......
