日月潭→清境農場→台中機場交通一問

1.12月4日從日月潭出發到清境農場,到民宿check-in後去清清草原,晚上住見晴山莊;
2.12月5日早上去合歡山看日出,回民宿吃完早餐後去台中機場搭13:45班機回香港。

請問以上行程除了包車外,有沒有公共交通工具可以考慮?謝謝各位
