最高檢察署表示，截至今天中午為止，全國共計4550件、1萬1117名被告涉犯與選舉有關案件，其中63件偵結，起訴175名被告。

最高檢表示，截至27日中午為止，全國共計4550件、1萬1117名被告涉犯與選舉有關案件，其中賄選案件為7816人、暴力案件289人、其他3012人。

最高檢指出，4550案、1萬1117名被告當中，有63件、175名被告遭起訴，其中起訴件數最多為村里長選舉22件、33人；起訴人數最多為鄉鎮巿長選舉5件、64人。

檢方實際偵查行動，共拘提80人、目前羈押93人（聲請羈押166人，裁准羈押120人），交保217人；限制出境15人。

此外，截至11月26日為止，各地檢署有關選舉賭盤案件共有52件，有關意圖使人不當選案件共有318件，有關幽靈人口案件共有582件。
