屏東市22歲王姓男子就讀台南大專院校，昨天回屏東準備投票，今天在中正國小投開票所投票撕毀3張選票，遭移送。

王男表示，不知道要投誰，認為選票就像發票一樣，沒用就撕掉，投廢票很麻煩，不知道不能撕選票。王母說，孩子第一次投票不知輕重，最近學校壓力大，精神無異常。

男子早上撕毀代表、市長和縣長3張選票，有投里長及議員。警方表示，依違法公職人員選罷法，故意撕毀選票，移請選委會裁處。
