新華社上海11月28日電(記者王蔚)一枚僅5毫米見方的北鬥射頻芯片“航芯一號”備受關註，這一最新研發成功的40納米級“中國芯”，將裝入國產手機等設備，為百姓日常生活精準導航。
28日，一批具有市場前景的民技軍用、軍轉民用的創新產品和技術，在上海舉行的“2014第三屆上海軍民兩用技術促進大會暨項目對接會”上集中展示。
據悉，2015年裝有這款芯片的國產手機將量產，宣告我國自主建設、獨立運行的北鬥導航系統的關鍵設備，全面進入消費電子領域.
