中國籍男子鎮小江吸收台籍軍官在台發展共諜組織，以無黨籍身分參選金門縣長高票落選的退役少將許乃權被吸收，檢調昨天搜索許，許否認涉案，台北地檢署凌晨訊後認為他涉犯國安法，有串證、逃亡之虞，聲請將他羈押禁見。
