普亭：俄將放棄南溪天然氣管計畫

俄羅斯總統普亭說，俄羅斯準備放棄「南溪」天然氣管計畫，可能與土耳其聯手建立一個南歐的天然氣樞紐。普亭是在與土耳其總統厄多岡會面後如是表示。

他說，因為歐盟反對，俄羅斯不會落實「南溪」計畫。該計畫是在黑海底下修築一條天然氣管通往保加利亞，再進一步通往南歐。

普亭表示，俄羅斯將對土耳其提高天然氣供應，且可能與土耳其合作，在與希臘的邊界上，合力創造一個天氣供應樞紐。
