標題[請益] 高雄科工館附近建案(永信高博館)

女子第一次在這裡波文 請大家多多指教 最近我的朋友打算買房在科工館附近 不過附近 目前沒有新建案 所以他鎖定中古屋 他在這附近找了一段時間 發現這附近有幾棟他比較 有興趣的(像是永信綠博館跟高博館) 有幾個問題他想請我幫忙問一下板上的神人 1.有人是住在上面提到的這兩個建案裡面嗎?有沒有什麼問題呢?或是可以給一些中肯 的建議呢? 2.科工館這邊是不是對於高雄其他點來說比較差一點呢?好像很少有人討論那附近的房價 之類的? 3.像是高博館目前成交價一坪約落在多少算合理?(約9年屋)我朋友有尋密到目前一間4 房要出售(中樓層有車位) 他談的價格大約落在1000左右 他是打算自住的 可以入手嗎? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 163.32.170.23 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1418359372.A.8ED.html
