台灣比特幣強人首次聚會：為何比特幣可以讓台灣成為世界重鎮？

2014 比特幣年會：首屆臺灣比特幣及加密數位貨幣產業峰會於 7 日圓滿落幕，台灣比特幣產業菁英齊聚一堂，探討比特幣的現況與未來，以及使用比特幣作為支付工具的優劣、機會與挑戰與安全性問題。

與會者皆為台灣比特幣產業鏈的關鍵玩家，上游的挖礦業者包括台灣首家萊特幣礦機公司AlcheMineR、代理中國大陸里安科技礦機的台灣數比科技（Speed To Coin），產業鏈中游包括第一家台灣比特幣交易所 BTCEX Taiwan（序勝）、年初在超商上架比特幣販賣的幣託（BitoEX）、MaiCoin與 Yes-BTC，下游則包含比特幣硬體錢包 CoolBitX 與比特幣支付公司 DTCO 數寶科技，可說是台灣最懂比特幣的達人都到場了。

活動首先由台北市比特幣協會發起人、Bitcoin 中文社群創辦人，同時也是資深礦工（bitcoin miner）的楊哲豪發言做為開場，楊哲豪表示台灣比特幣社群自 2013 年 11 月起每個月皆有實體聚會，經過漫長的籌辦，年會終於在今年底實行。
