請問我在訂旅館時有看到這句話

>將對所有住宿的旅客(包含領隊和司機)開徵新稅
4-5星級飯店每人每晚3歐元，1-3星飯店每人每晚2歐元，最多收10晚，此稅由飯店代收，請提醒旅客需於入住期間支付此額外費用給飯店。飯店也是依法代收，所以只收現金!!

如果是這樣,不管是自己在網上找hotel訂還是代訂,都是要再給上面的金額對嗎?
