目前，根據中期數值模式結果，
首爾地區(中心部)31日當天氣溫約落在-8~+4度(攝氏)之間
降水部分，因為較缺乏水氣，降雨或降雪機率都不高
倒是，30日預期有一波水氣將快速通過，屆時有機會短暫飄雪
