有關勞基法加班算法..

你好！

就是先底薪換算成時薪

底薪兩萬元除於一個月30天= 約日薪666元(還是要以公司算的為準)

一天八小時, 一小時薪約83元

.........................

加班

前兩個小時83元X1.33 =一小時100元X加班2小時
而後第三小時起X1.66=一小時138元
.......................................

如果每天固定加班一小時, 一個月大概總共30天, 每天加班一小時100元 ,

一個月總加班費300元
