經過卡刷後, 還是殘留有上一次的痕跡...請教要如何才能"真正抹除一切的殘留"?

M320 經過更新到 4.4.2 後, 利用R大師 root 後,也裝上 SuperSU 與 BusyBox....
之後因為當機再重新刷機 (我習慣把原廠ROM 保存一份在內存, 萬一有情況可以容易地再執行卡刷)...
...
問題是:即使在執行卡刷時也確實執行"雙清"步驟,但是成功後再以 Root Check pro 去檢查, 沒有 root 授權(這是正確的, 因為尚未 root 處理), 但是在檢查 BusyBox 部分, 卻發先 BusyBox 已經裝上 (這應該是上次殘留下來的)..
另外...在上一次刪除掉的系統app , 新刷過的系統裡竟然也不存在....
....
請問這樣是正確的嗎?...是否卡刷就是如此? ...要如何才能有一份 100% 的新系統?
