無法同步!! 有版大跟我遇到同樣的問題嗎??

不知道我的iTunes怎麼了!! 前幾天還可以同步

可是今天要同步跑到一半就跑出這一串錯誤訊息

itunes無法備份iPhone，因為無法以iPhone來啟始某個階段

我上網去看說移除lockdown這個資料夾 iTunes重新安裝在還原lockdown

可是我在電腦裡面都找不到lockdown這個資料夾

無法同步的話我無法同步我的音樂

有人遇到跟我一樣的問題嗎???
